Turkey is a healthy snack on its own, but rolled up with other good stuff, it’s a protein powerhouse. Put out the ingredients, pass out the wraps and let the good times roll.
Makes 1 wrap
Ingredients
8-inch whole-wheat flour tortilla
2 tablespoons roasted red pepper hummus
1/3 cup packed baby spinach leaves
2 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey breast deli meat
2 tablespoons finely chopped tomato
Directions
1. Spread hummus on entire tortilla.
2. Arrange spinach leaves and turkey all over tortilla.
3. Sprinkle tomato and roll tortilla tightly to form wrap.
