This make-ahead-and-chill snack is like the “piggy” version, but with more crunch, more color and more nutrients!
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
3 thin slices smoked turkey
4 tablespoons plain or flavored hummus
6 baby carrots, zucchini sticks, baby corn or celery sticks
Directions
1. Cut smoked turkey slices in half. Spread each with 1 to 2 teaspoons hummus.
2. Place vegetable at one edge
of turkey slice and roll up. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for
later.
